Klas joined Ascade in 2005 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in early 2009. Prior to Ascade Klas held various management positions at Cap Gemini with responsibility for selling and delivering consultant services, system integration and support services in the Business Support System (BSS) area. Before joining Cap Gemini Klas worked at Seasafe, a product company delivering software to the marine industry. Klas holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).

Johan has many years of experience in Sales and Marketing of complex software solutions for the telecommunications market. After joining Ascade from Cap Gemini in 2002 Johan worked as Sales Director in EMEA before being promoted to head up Ascade’s Asian operations. In 2007 Johan moved back to Stockholm to resume responsibility for Ascade’s Sales & Account Management team in EMEA. Johan holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Management with telecom focus and a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.

With more than 10 years experience in the telecommunications Industry, Martin joined Ascade in 2007 to continue the growth and expansion for Ascade in the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Ascade, Martin has held several  Sales VP and General Manager roles for successful telecom vendors both in Asia and Europe.

Earlier, Martin was also part of the team that created Global Connect, a leading fibre network operator in Denmark. Martin has worked and lived out of Singapore for the past 10 years, and holds an Export Engineering degree from Copenhagen College of Engineering.

Jonas is a seasoned financial expert with a background in financial management, pricing and financial systems. Before joining Ascade in 2008 he spent 15 years in different CFO roles within IBM Nordic. In his most recent position Jonas was CFO for IBM Nordic Application Services, managing a budget of more than 400 million USD. Jonas holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Stockholm.

In his role as Vice President of Product Management, Per G. Nilsson is responsible for the strategic direction of the Ascade7 product suite. Prior to joining Ascade in 2005, Per worked for Intec Telecommunications, Diqiquant, LHS Group and Cap Gemini in a variety of positions in product management, project management and consulting. Per holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics and a PhD in Mathematics from the Lund Institute of Technology.

Anders has been with Ascade since 2002. Before joining he had been working as a software developer for a consultant firm in Stockholm. During his career in Ascade, Anders assumed responsibliities as developer, product specialist, project manager and team manager. Anders was also instrumental in setting up a new R&D department in Singapore. Anders holds a M Sc in Computer Science.
