Training
Ascade offers extensive training services that take into consideration every
aspect of the product capabilities and customer needs.
Carrier Cockpit™ training is a standard service in all implementation projects,
but is offered for every new release to ensure that users will adapt and be able
to master new functionalities rapidly. Training is also an optional service for
new users that customers introduce to the system or as additional training to
extend current users knowledge.
Ascade’s professional training consultants provide our customers with the
highest level of product expertise, enabling customers to fully comprehend the
system functionalities and applications. The focus of the training sessions is
based on the different user’s specialty and area of responsibility.
