Customer support

Ascade offers Maintenance and Support from our Global Support Center. This service is operated by our own staff, who have immediate access to the all the expertise within the company. The service is delivered under a Service Level Agreement with agreed response times. Our support specialist have detailed knowledge of the specific client installations and how the system is used at different sites.

Training for users

Ascade offers extensive training services that take into consideration every aspect of the product capabilities and specific client needs. Our comprehensive software training is a standard service in all implementation projects, but is also offered for every new release to ensure that users will be able to master any new functionality swiftly. Training is also available in form of “refresher” courses for existing users and for new users who are introduced to the system by our customers .

Ascade’s professional training consultants provide our customers with the highest level of product expertise, enabling customers to fully comprehend the system functionality and applications. The agenda of the training sessions is adapted to the different users’ specialty and area of responsibility.

Assistance and support is offered in the production start-up phase after the project organization is dismantled, to ensure a trouble-free operation and a swift value realization of the investment made.
