Ascade7 is part of an evolutionary release cycle and will further evolve over time. All our clients follow the well defined upgrade path which secures the investment and makes upgrades possible without having to run massive replacement projects. Users are familiar with the basic concepts of the Ascade7 solution and the required training is limited when introducing a new release.
User friendly user-interface
The Graphical User Interface is extremely user-friendly, responsive and easy to learn compared to other systems on the market. The “Desk” concept has been implemented throughout the system which means that all related tasks can be executed in one screen. More detailed information is available via tabs in the same view which avoids the cumbersome task of managing multiple screens.

This new front-end architecture is complemented by a powerful processing engine capable of handling largest data volumes and providing superior performance throughout the whole application.
The feature- and function rich functionality of Ascade7 supports all relevant interconnect business processes and eliminates the need for having “on the side systems” The integration points are few and well-defined and implemented through a standard API.
Ascade7 comes with a large number of standard reports but also allows users to create their own reports. Data can be retrieved near real-time as call data is constantly streamed into the reporting database.
